Frontend web developer Intern

1. We are looking for a Frontend web developer (having 0-1 years of experience) who is self-motivated to combine the art of design with coding.
2. You will be responsible for creating a responsive web application template using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui from the design we provide, client communication & maintaining our templates.
3. You will closely work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Responsibilities

1. Build responsive, accessible, and visually polished UI components and pages from design specifications.
2. Implement smooth animations and micro-interactions to elevate user experience.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured frontend code.
4. Leverage AI coding agents and tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
5. Collaborate closely with designers to ensure design fidelity and consistency across screens and breakpoints.
6. Participate in code reviews, manage pull requests, and contribute to shared component libraries on GitHub.
7. Stay current with modern frontend tooling, design systems, AI development tools, and UI trends.
8. Communicate proactively with the team and contribute to design and technical discussions.

Required Skills (Must Have)

1. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
2. Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for utility-first styling.
3. Familiarity with shadcn/ui component library and its patterns.
4. Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
5. Basic knowledge of CSS pre-processors (SASS/SCSS).
6. Understanding of Git and GitHub — branching, pull requests, code reviews, and collaboration workflows.
7. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Recommended Skills (Good to Have)

1. Hands on experience with React and Next.js.
2. Familiarity with Motion (formerly Framer Motion) for animations and transitions.
3. Understanding of design tokens, component-driven architecture, and design systems.
4. Experience with Figma — inspecting designs, extracting spacing/tokens, and working with auto-layout.
5. Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and semantic HTML.
6. Exposure to TypeScript.

AI & Tools (Bonus)

1. Experience using AI coding agents such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code for faster development.
2. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows — prompt-driven UI generation, code scaffolding, and debugging with AI tools.
3. Understanding of how to review, validate, and refine AI-generated code for production use.

Schedule:

1. Day shift
2. Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

1. Gota, Ahmedabad - 382460, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Salary:

1. Salary (Full-time job): ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month based on job position and skill set
2. Intern Stipend:  ₹6,000 per month

Other Terms:

1. 3 months of probation period
2. 2 months of notice period
3. Work From Home will only be provided in the Pandemic situation.
